Connor Eugene Reed

Connor Eugene Reed, aged 26, passed away on May 22, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. Connor was born on June 9, 1999, in Athens, Texas, to Amanda Jean (Frazier) and Clint Eugene Reed.

Connor was a sweet soul with an even sweeter disposition. You could always find a smile on his face, no matter what he was enduring through his illness with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, without any complaints. He enjoyed watching the Cowboys and Texas Rangers and playing online games with “his people”. Connor attended First Baptist of Kemp and always enjoyed his time spent there.

Connor is survived by parents, Amanda and Clint; sister, Shelbi Reed and partner Kaden Maronge; grandparents, Eric and Velda Reed; grandparents, Milton and Debbie Frazier; uncle, Michael “Brandon” Reed and wife Annabelle; aunt, Tessa Davis and husband Jimmy; aunt, Jennifer Callahan and wife Mandy; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; and last but not least his beloved dog, Roxey. He was predeceased by his great-grandmother, Barbara Horn and great-aunt, Karen Rogers.
