Jamie Lane Walls

Jamie Lane Walls, born on August 8, 1972, in Dallas, Texas, to Jimmy and Sindy (Brammer) Frazier, a beloved member of the community, passed away peacefully at her home in Kemp, Texas, on October 1, 2025. She was a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother whose loving and giving nature touched the lives of many.

Jamie was a proud alumna of Scurry-Rosser High School graduating with the class of 1990. She devoted much of her life to her family, embracing her roles as a dedicated housewife and loving mother. On September 5, 1992, she married her husband, Damon "Todd" Walls, in Dallas, Texas, building a partnership filled with love and respect.  Throughout her life, Jamie's caring personality shone through in all her endeavors. Her commitment to her faith was evident in her active membership at Victory Church of Scurry, where she found purpose and joy in serving others. Jamie was particularly passionate about cooking for the homeless, embodying the spirit of generosity that she carried in her heart.  Jamie took great pride in her family, celebrating her accomplishments as a mother to her son, Cody Walls, and as a grandmother to her cherished granddaughter, Poetry Lane Walls. The time she spent with Poetry Lane brought her immense joy and fulfillment. Jamie had a zest for life that extended into her hobbies and interests. She found comfort in shopping and baking, while her love for crime, drama, and murder mysteries provided her with countless hours of entertainment.

She is survived by her husband, Todd Walls; son, Cody and wife, Summer; grandaughter, Poetry Lane Walls; as well as her beloved nieces and nephews, Eian, Brayden, and Emily Frazier.

Jamie is preceded in death by her devoted parents, Jimmy and Sindy Frazier. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and she will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, nurturing spirit, and commitment to her family and community.
