Kathy Louise Blanchard

Kathy Louise Blanchard, age 70, entered eternal rest on February 26, 2023, in Tyler, TX. Kathy was born in Dallas, TX to parents W.R. Shoemake and Martha (McDonald) Shoemake on July 13, 1952.

Kathy had many hobbies including crocheting doing puzzles, snuggling and playing with her beloved dog Bo, and cooking for family and friends. She also was a very proud Christian and enjoyed her time with friends and family in fellowship.

She is preceded in death by her parents, W.R.and Martha (McDonald) Shoemake; husband, James G. Blanchard; brother, Dave Russell Shoemake; and her, Nancy Guittard.

Surviving to cherish her memories are her son John Moody of Kemp, TX; brother, Lonnie Dee Shoemake of Malakoff, TX; and nieces, Virginia Patterson and husband Bobby of Athens, TX, Cindy Galloway and husband Tommy of Crandall, TX, and Christy Morse of Athens, TX. Along with numerous other family and friends.
